If you are looking for a new chicken marinade before you barbecue,
try one of our ranch favorites,
Easy-Does-It Chicken Marinade.
You will need: olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, dry white wine, a clove of garlic, onion, jalapeño, and Montreal Steak seasoning.
In a bowl, add a 1/2 cup of olive oil.
Add 1/4 cup of lemon juice.
Add 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Add 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce. I like to use the Low Sodium Soy.
Add 2 tablespoons of dry white wine, you choice.
Slice a 1/2 onion.
Add the onion to the mixture.
Next, finely chop 1 clove of garlic and add to mixture.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of Montreal Steak Seasoning.
I know we aren't cooking steaks here but it's really good!
Slice a fresh jalapeño seeded (take the seeds out).
I usually add the whole jalapeño but most people think it's too hot, so for the picture I only used a few slices.
Stir mixture and pour on top of 3 to 4 chicken breasts. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours for the best flavoring.
This is so good, I can't wait for you to try it! Try it on Chicken Kabobs to add a little zing.
